Founder & CEO
Rakhel has been practicing immigration law for nearly two decades, focusing on “extraordinary ability” visas and green cards. While she also handles all types of immigration matters, including standard work visas/green cards and family based cases, she has extensive experience resolving complex immigration cases in federal court, as well. She prides herself on finding creative solutions for her clients to allow them to live, work and/or train in the U.S.

Rakhel is admitted to the bar in New York, the District of Columbia, United States District Court, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of Colorado, District of Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Christina DiCerbo, Esq.
Christina works with a vast array of corporate and individual clients on both employment and family based visas including O-1, EB-1, PERM based EB-2 and EB-3, National Interest Waiver, H-1B, E-2, E-3, J-1, TN, P-3 and marriage based green cards among others. She has assisted actors, research scientists, musicians, dancers, policy directors, multimedia artists, curators, recruiters, pod casters, clients in various levels of film production, theater, visual art, social scientists, lawyers and more. Her many award-winning clients hold Emmys, Nikas, Webbys, Cannes Lions, and Clios among others.
Christina graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where she also achieved the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing and Analysis, for receiving the highest grade in the class. During this time, she worked with Catholic Charities in their Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic as a student attorney. Here, she co-authored a brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for an asylum case and worked closely with the lead attorney preparing oral arguments where she attended as second chair.
Arash Bahar, Esq.
Arash has assisted professionals in the music, theatre, television, sports, academia and business disciplines. He has clients who have participated in the Olympics and FIFA World Cup as well as clients who have been featured in Broadway and the world’s most prominent international film festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and Berlin Film Festival.
A graduate of Columbia University in New York and UCLA Law in California, Arash is admitted to practice law both in the states of New York and California. Arash interned with the Department of Commerce before commencing his journey as an attorney.

Ryan Elizabeth Todd, Esq.
Ms. Todd earned her JD from New York Law School in 2013, and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Art History from Providence College in 2009. Ryan is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Ryan’s interest in international relations led her to focus on immigration law. Before joining Milstein Law Group, Ryan worked for another boutique immigration firm in Midtown Manhattan, and volunteered with Safe Passage Project representing unaccompanied immigrant minors seeking asylum or Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in immigration court. Ms. Todd prepares petitions for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas and family-based immigrant petitions, and related adjustment packages.
Shayra L. Cruz, Esq.
Shayra has successfully worked with a range of O-1B and EB-1 artists, including actors, directors, producers, musicians, writers, journalist, painters, and more. Her clients have worked in front of, and behind, the scenes for major television networks as Bravo, Univision, ABC, FX, Spike TV, and The Discovery Channel; performed at top music festivals as South By Southwest; and have graced the online pages of The New Yorker and Rolling Stone.
Shayra graduated from The City College of New York with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in Theater. She went on to earn her J.D. from Pace Law School where she graduated with an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law. During her law school studies, Shayra worked at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, where she represented the public interest group, Riverkeeper, in its mission to protect the waters of the Hudson River system. Prior to law school, Shayra worked at an immigration firm in New York City, where she first developed an interest working on extraordinary ability cases. As an immigration lawyer, today, Shayra has married her analytical skills, with her love for the arts, while continuing her work in environmental advocacy.

Natalie Bello, Esq.
Ms. Bello earned her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice law in New York State. Ms. Bello has over five years of experience working in Immigration Law, previously working as an Associate with O’Malley & Associates and Merrill R. Cohen & Associates, where she filed numerous successful nonimmigrant visa and green card petitions for entrepreneurs, multinational executives and managers, professionals in the construction industry, entertainers, and graphic designers. Ms. Bello also has equal experience working with family-based immigration petitions, naturalization, derivative and acquired citizenship applications, and provisional immigrant visa waivers. Ms. Bello is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
