Founder & CEO
Rakhel has been practicing immigration law for well over a decade, focusing on “extraordinary ability” visas and green cards. While she also handles all types of immigration matters, including standard work visas/green cards and family based cases, she has extensive experience resolving complex immigration cases in federal court, as well. She prides herself on finding creative solutions for her clients to allow them to live, work and/or train in the U.S.

Rakhel is admitted to the bar in New York (2004), the District of Columbia (2010), United States District Court, Southern District of New York (2004), Eastern District of New York (2004), District of Colorado (2007), District of Nebraska (2009) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2007). She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Christina DiCerbo, Esq.
Christina works with a vast array of corporate and individual clients on both employment and family based visas including O-1, EB-1, PERM based EB-2 and EB-3, National Interest Waiver, H-1B, E-2, E-3, J-1, TN, P-3 and marriage based green cards among others. She has assisted actors, research scientists, musicians, dancers, policy directors, multimedia artists, curators, recruiters, pod casters, clients in various levels of film production, theater, visual art, social scientists, lawyers and more. Her many award-winning clients hold Emmys, Nikas, Webbys, Cannes Lions, and Clios among others.
Christina graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where she also achieved the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing and Analysis, for receiving the highest grade in the class. During this time, she worked with Catholic Charities in their Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic as a student attorney. Here, she co-authored a brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for an asylum case and worked closely with the lead attorney preparing oral arguments where she attended as second chair.
Arash Bahar, Esq.
Arash has assisted professionals in the music, theatre, television, sports, academia and business disciplines. He has clients who have participated in the Olympics and FIFA World Cup as well as clients who have been featured in Broadway and the world’s most prominent international film festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and Berlin Film Festival.
A graduate of Columbia University in New York and UCLA Law in California, Arash is admitted to practice law both in the states of New York and California. Arash interned with the Department of Commerce before commencing his journey as an attorney.

Ayla Kremen, Esq.
Ayla represents a variety of creative professionals, including musicians, film producers and editors, and many others. If you have seen Sunset Boulevard (Broadway), Drunk Shakespeare (Off-Broadway), Sense & Sensibility (Off-Broadway), or an episode of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), you have been entertained by one of Ayla’s clients.
Prior to joining Milstein Law Group, Ayla was an associate with a large corporate immigration firm, where she supported corporate clients in the information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and non-profit industries.
Ayla received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School. During law school, she interned with numerous immigration firms as well as the U.S. Consulate General in Hamburg, Germany. In addition, Ayla was published in the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law and served as a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin, Germany. Ayla is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and currently serves as Secretary of the Corporate Practice Committee of AILA’s New York Executive Committee.
